Real name Hara Hiroshi from Shimane province; Listed in Toko Taikan page 29, Gendai Toko Kinko page 109, Gendai Toko Meikan page 89. Okimitsu was a very well respected smith during and after the war. He was working during war time and got the Army sword technical encouragement chairman prize and also he got 19 times Nyusen prize after the war. He was born 1928. NOT ON CATALOG
